About
A living practice at the intersection of research x design x storytelling, constantly evolving through the insights and reflections of its interactions. A process model that looks at both an inner-outer synthesis, balancing on its rootedness, radiating through its interconnections, and evolving in its holistic approach.

Process
Our practice is founded on intentional listening, informed by care, compassion, and a commitment to reciprocity. We take a relational approach, creating space for reflection and genuine collaboration. By moving with purpose, we seek thoughtful outcomes and strive to shift the dynamic from 'client' to 'collaborator', centering mutual respect over hierarchy.
This approach helps shift the perception of design from being purely aesthetic to a tool for storytelling, strategy, and transformation. The result is research-led, conceptually strong work that brings complex ideas to life through engaging visual narratives, emerging from deep listening, informed by systemic frameworks, and shaped through co-creation.

Why Earthform
Earth is our ground, our context, our roots. It's a living whole that sustains us. Form is to shape, to craft, to design or to mould. It can also refer to a structure, a composition and a framework.
In nature, a form is not entirely fixed. It is the evolving shape that emerges when relationships, patterns and processes weave together. It adapts, transforms, and responds to its environment.
Earthform, then, is to co-design with nature, taking a regenerative approach that draws its form, logic and inspiration from living systems thinking.
Earthform is design in communication with nature.
